Write the visual plan
We define the concept, sequence, character references, locations, wardrobe, shot language, and continuity rules before spending heavily on generation.
Build the moving world
We create and evaluate animated footage shot by shot. Promising clips are refined; visible glitches, morphs, broken proportions, and dead movement are rejected or repaired.
Edit for progression
The cut follows story, performance, music, and emotional logic. We vary scale, angle, movement, and location while protecting chronology and screen direction.
Review with context
Clients review a coherent work-in-progress through a private portal and provide consolidated notes. Review rounds and decision-makers are defined in the proposal.
Finish and deliver
We complete sound, color, titles, quality control, and the agreed master files. Optional festival or platform delivery materials are prepared when included in scope.
