Find the emotional center
We begin with the audience, the feeling, the story turn, and the practical goal. A song, script, memoir passage, treatment, or conversation can be the starting point.
How it works
Generative production moves quickly only when the story, visual rules, and editorial plan are clear. CinemaMachina gives the experiment a disciplined filmmaking process.
We begin with the audience, the feeling, the story turn, and the practical goal. A song, script, memoir passage, treatment, or conversation can be the starting point.
We define the concept, sequence, character references, locations, wardrobe, shot language, and continuity rules before spending heavily on generation.
We create and evaluate animated footage shot by shot. Promising clips are refined; visible glitches, morphs, broken proportions, and dead movement are rejected or repaired.
The cut follows story, performance, music, and emotional logic. We vary scale, angle, movement, and location while protecting chronology and screen direction.
Clients review a coherent work-in-progress through a private portal and provide consolidated notes. Review rounds and decision-makers are defined in the proposal.
We complete sound, color, titles, quality control, and the agreed master files. Optional festival or platform delivery materials are prepared when included in scope.
What keeps costs controlled
Approved character references, location direction, story order, and a realistic shot plan reduce wasted generations and late structural changes. Generative tools still produce variation; the process manages it rather than pretending it does not exist.
