How much does a film cost?

How long does production take?
A typical project is completed in under two months after scope, required materials, approvals, and payment milestones are in place. Complex work or delayed feedback can extend the schedule.
Do I need a finished script?
No. You can begin with a song, treatment, memoir passage, scene, visual idea, or a clear description of what the audience should feel. CinemaMachina can help shape it into a short-film structure.
Will the video be fully animated?
For narrative short films and music videos, CinemaMachina plans continuous moving footage rather than using still-image slides as filler. Specific visual treatments and any intentional still imagery would be agreed creatively.
Can you preserve a real person's appearance?
Reference images and identity-focused tools can improve consistency, but generative systems may still vary faces, bodies, wardrobe, props, and scale. The production process includes selection, refinement, editing, and quality control.
Can you help submit to festivals?
Yes. Festival support can include strategy, deliverables, production documentation, written materials, and submission organization. Festival entry fees and acceptance are not included or guaranteed unless a proposal explicitly says otherwise.
Can I learn the tools while making something?
Yes. Project-based AI filmmaking workshops use a defined creative idea to teach references, prompting, continuity, shot planning, generation, and editing. A workshop is not automatically a completed production.
