2. Account information

Client authentication is provided through Firebase. Firebase processes login credentials and password-recovery requests on our behalf. CinemaMachina does not receive or store your plaintext password.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, manage client accounts, deliver work, maintain production records, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We may use hosting, authentication, analytics, communication, storage, payment, and production vendors. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and operate under their own privacy terms.

5. Generative AI production

Project materials may be processed through third-party creative technology providers when necessary to perform an agreed production. Confidentiality, likeness, and restricted-use requirements should be identified in the written project scope before materials are supplied.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential storage for account sessions and limited analytics to understand site performance. You can restrict cookies through your browser, although authentication features may then stop working.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the business, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for production, business, legal, and archival purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations. You may also reset your client password through the portal.
