Why we make films

The newest tools. The oldest feelings.

CinemaMachina exists to use the most cutting-edge technology available to tell stories that feel unmistakably human.

We want people to laugh and cry. We want an image, a song, or one quiet human gesture to stay with them after the screen goes dark.

01

Cinema first

David Levine Bramante loves films that move like memory. The work of Terrence Malick and cinematographer Emmanuel “Chivo” Lubezki remains a guiding light: natural beauty, searching cameras, interior lives, and emotion carried by image rather than explanation.

02

Technology with purpose

David works deeply in artificial intelligence through his technology company, CodexDeus. At CinemaMachina, that experience is not the subject of the film. It is the expanding set of instruments used to reach places a story could not reach before.

03

Music and feeling

David is obsessed with music and loves art, design, and technology. Music videos are where those passions meet: rhythm shapes the edit, performance creates intimacy, and a song becomes a world the audience can enter.

04

Early and fearless

In 2025, CinemaMachina was among a small group of companies submitting three-to-five-minute all-AI experimental short films to major festivals, including the 2026 Sundance Film Festival and the 2026 Ann Arbor Film Festival. In April 2026, Steady Hand was accepted into the Red Dirt Film Festival.

We are honored every time a storyteller, filmmaker, or musician trusts us with something that matters to them.
